Night VFR Waiver Renewal

Our Certificate of Waiver for Night VFR (waives GACAR § 91.171, issued 19 Oct 2022) expired 22 Mar 2026 with the previous AOC validity; AOC THCAC052 is renewed to 22 Mar 2030. How do we apply to renew / re-issue the waiver?
